Welcome to BTW | Behind The Work.

If you found your way here from my portfolio, you’ve probably seen each project in its most concise form: a strong cover image, a few polished mockups, and a short description.

There’s nothing wrong with that. After all, a portfolio is meant to tell a story in the shortest amount of time.

But every project leaves behind much more than what eventually gets published.

An early concept that never made it, a breakthrough after countless iterations, an unexpected source of inspiration, or a small design decision that quietly shaped the final outcome.

The more I looked back, the more I realized these moments are just as much a part of the work as the finished design itself.

So I decided to give them a place of their own.

BTW | Behind The Work is where I share the stories behind each project.

Not polished presentations or perfect answers, but the ideas, experiments, decisions, and lessons that happened along the way.

If my portfolio shows what I made, I hope BTW helps you understand how I think.

如果你是從作品集點進來的，那你看到的，大概都是每個專案最完整、最精簡的樣子：一張漂亮的封面、幾張精緻的 Mockup，以及一段簡短的介紹。

這沒有不好，畢竟作品集的任務，就是用最短的時間說完一個故事。

但每完成一個專案，我總會留下很多沒有機會放進作品集的內容。

可能是一個最後沒有被採用的想法、一段反覆推敲的過程、一個意外找到的靈感，或是某個設計決定背後的小故事。

仔細想想，這些片段其實也是作品的一部分。

所以，我決定把它們留在這裡。

BTW｜Behind The Work，是一個記錄作品背後故事的地方。

這裡沒有華麗的包裝，也沒有標準答案，只是把那些藏在成果背後的思考、選擇、嘗試與轉折，一點一點整理出來。
